Milly Elkin-Crenshaw

Professional Instructor & Coach

Milly has been dancing since she was a little girl. Growing up in the ballroom biz, dancing is essential to her. She couldn’t live without it. She competed and performed as an amateur in Pro/Am competitions all through grade school winning Top Youth at the Millennium Dancesport Championships before eventually going professional and becoming Regional 9-Dance Champions with her husband and dance partner, Josh. She has been teaching the art of dance for 20+ years and enjoys seeing the light that begins to shine out of everyone who walks onto a dance floor. Milly and Josh are Nashville natives but now call NW Georgia home with their4 children. She is one of the proud owners of Celebrity Ballroom Dance Studios and is thrilled for the future of the studios.

Milly is professionally certified through Grand Master CBDS, Master DVIDA in American Style Smooth & Rhythm, and FADS Associate American Style Smooth & Rhythm.

Josh Crenshaw

Owner & Dance Director

Professional Dance Instructor & Coach

Josh started his dancing journey in May 2010 when he walked into a studio to take a dance lesson. He fell in love with it and within a month was hired as a full time dance instructor. He has taught over a thousand new students over the past 15 years, many of whom have competed in some of the highest competitions, winning scholarships and top student awards. Josh has been awarded Top Teacher at numerous Pro/Am competitions. He strives to teach his students his passion for dance while helping them see themselves in a new light. He and his wife and dance partner, Milly, are Regional 9-Dance Champions and now call GA home with their 4 children, and are proud owners of Celebrity Ballroom Dance Studios. Josh is a US Army National Guard Veteran, a professional disc golfer, and a fan of fast cars.

Josh is professionally certified through Grand Master CBDS, Grand Master DVIDA in American Style Smooth & Rhythm, Master DVIDA in International Style Standard, and FADS Associate American Style Smooth & Rhythm.

Donna Addison

Professional Dance Instructor

Donna has been a dancer all her life. After studying with Mable Wynn and Kathy Owings Porter in her home state of South Carolina, Donna earned her B.F.A. in Dance at Florida State University and was also a scholarship student at the Alvin Ailey School in NY. Her various performance experiences include modern dance companies, regional theatre, the cruise ships of Holland America Line and even Las Vegas magic shows. Donna has taught ballet, jazz, modern dance, praise dance and various specialty acts in addition to choreographing for high school musical theatre productions. She fell in love with
ballroom dance while working on cruise ships and is very excited to join the staff at Celebrity Ballroom. Donna looks forward to sharing her love of dance with her students.

Known for his positive attitude and commitment to helping students grow in both skill and confidence, Januel creates a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere in the studio. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your technique, Januel’s personalized approach ensures each student feels supported and motivated on their dance journey.
