Thank you for an inspiring, humbling and wonderful 2024.
As we reflect on the past year, our hearts are full of gratitude for our wonderful students and the incredible milestones we have achieved together. Josh and I are so thankful to have had the opportunity to purchase the studio and continue building a community that feels like family. This year has been nothing short of amazing, and it’s all because of you—our cherished students.
In 2024, we celebrated so many victories:
Top Studio Awards: We were thrilled to win top studio at multiple competitions. Our students also shined, earning top awards and placing high in their dances.
Growth and Dedication: We introduced ballroom dance to countless new faces, with 377 first lessons given and 180 new students taking five lessons or more throughout the year and 26 new bronze level dancers.
Performances: We had 45 different performers and routines by our students, sharing their love of dance with the world.
Competitions: From our in-house mini match to national-level events, 25 of our students proudly represented our studio in competition.
Beyond the joy of dancing, 2024 was a year of giving. We are honored to share that we were able to give back more than $30,000 to charities that make a difference in our community. Organizations like Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter, Must Ministries, Bloom Youth, Compassion Center, Tunnel to Towers, K9s for Warriors, local fundraisers, and others benefited from your generosity and support. This year, we aim to give back even more, continuing to support those in need.
We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated staff: Donna, Kyra, and Reece. Your loyalty and dedication have been the backbone of our success this year. Josh and I could not do what we do without employees like you. Thank you for your unwavering support and commitment to your studio and your students.
As we step into 2025, we are filled with excitement for the journey ahead. Here’s what’s on the horizon:
Travel and Competitions: We’re looking forward to a cruise and traveling to Los Angeles, Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee for competitions.
Comp Club Members: This year we have TEN Comp Club Members. That is the most we have ever had and is incredibly exciting! As dance teachers, it is the greatest honor when our students trust us to enhance their dancing with performances and competition. It is such a joy to help our students accomplish these challenging milestones!
Incredible Shows: Get ready for our Disney Show Showcase, our Legends of Rock Spring Show, and our Christmas Show—three unforgettable performances.
Festivals and Matches: We’re excited to host our Spring into Summer Festival, Mini Match, and Fall Fest Team Match, where we’ll come together for fun and friendly competition.
Guest Coaches: We are thrilled to welcome world-class coaches like Jaimee Tuft, Kimberley Mitchell, Tamsyn Rockwell, Emmanuel Pierre-Antoine, and others to help us grow and refine our craft.
To our students, thank you for trusting us with your dance journeys, for bringing your passion and joy to our studio, and for being a part of this incredible community. We are endlessly proud of everything you have accomplished and are honored to be part of your lives.
