The 2025 Cartersville Dances with the Stars was nothing short of spectacular! Held at the Clarence Brown Convention Center on the first weekend of March, this annual event once again brought the community together for an incredible night of dancing, fundraising, and celebration. Benefiting Good Neighbor Homeless Shelter and Backpack Buddies of Bartow County, this year’s event featured nine incredible dancers who dedicated their time and talent to raise money for these wonderful causes.
Celebrity Ballroom’s Contributions
At Celebrity Ballroom, we were honored to be a part of this meaningful event, sponsoring a table and coaching three of the competing dancers:
Josh Crenshaw coached Monica Whitfield, who danced to Clap Your Hands, a high-energy Peabody and Cha-Cha with a fun gospel/Broadway-style flair.
Milly Elkin-Crenshaw coached two couples:
Lee and Jan Tidwell, who performed a Two-Step and Rumba fusion to You Look Like You Love Me.
Zack and Tori Philliber, who wowed the crowd with an Alice in Wonderland-themed Cha-Cha to Four Minutes.
Each of our dancers performed beautifully, and we could not be prouder of their hard work and dedication!
A Record-Breaking Fundraiser
This year’s event set new fundraising records, bringing in over $354,000 for these vital local charities! A special congratulations to Lee and Jan Tidwell, who won the coveted People’s Choice Mirrorball Trophy by raising a record-breaking $76,000—an extraordinary achievement!
A Night to Remember
As a proud annual sponsor of Cartersville Dances with the Stars, Celebrity Ballroom was thrilled to host a table and bring our students to experience the excitement. The energy in the room was electric, the performances were outstanding, and the generosity of our community was truly inspiring.
We are extremely thankful to all of our students who donated to this year’s event: whether you purchased raffle tickets and football squares, donated money, came to the event or just said an encouraging word to our dancers, thank you for your support and helping us make our communities better.

We are already looking forward to next year’s event on March 7, 2026—we hope to see you there!
